In addition to running our early miles with us the last couple years, Jillian is the St. Jude Run Lead Staff responsible for the Eureka Run (along with several other cities). We would not be able to have our run without her!!<\/p>\n

Jillian was a was a participant in the St. Jude Runs for 12 years (2 years with Richwoods and 10 years with Memphis) before taking her job with ALSAC\/St. Jude. 2025 will be her 16th<\/sup> year of involvement with the Run!<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/strong>I run for St. Jude because I can. Running is something I enjoy \u2013 so running for a cause I care deeply about has always felt like a no brainer. If my body allows me to move, why wouldn\u2019t I use that for this mission? \ud83d\ude0a\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/strong>Without a doubt, my favorite thing about the run is the people. Some of my closest friends, my strongest supporters, and my biggest inspirations are people I have met through St. Jude Runs. Something about this event brings people together in the best way imaginable. It\u2019s a grind in the most beautiful way, and that forms a community unlike anything else I have ever been a part of.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/strong>I want to extend a \u201cthank you\u201d to everyone involved in the St. Jude Eureka to Peoria Run. I recently heard a father of a St. Jude patient say, \u201cI\u2019m not sure which dollar saved my daughter\u2019s life, but one of them did.\u201d And, how incredible that you all are part of that. Thank you for dedicating your time, your legs, your energy, and your hearts to this mission. I am fortunate to work alongside you!\u201d<\/p>\n

Thank you, Jillian, for working tirelessly year-round so that we and your other cities can put on great runs and raise money for the kids of St. Jude. All of this would not be possible without you.
