{"id":314,"date":"2024-07-16T13:12:20","date_gmt":"2024-07-16T13:12:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/runeureka.com\/?p=314"},"modified":"2024-07-16T13:12:21","modified_gmt":"2024-07-16T13:12:21","slug":"final-run-week-communications-2-of-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/runeureka.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/16\/final-run-week-communications-2-of-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Final Run Week Communications (2 of 3)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Details for Run Morning<\/strong><ul><li>Please arrive about 7am<ul><li>Put your bags on a bus (no assigned bus\/seating)<\/li><li>Check in at the table and submit any final cash or checks (please put in envelope with your name and amount written on it)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>7:30 \u2013 Sendoff begins on the courthouse steps with a group photo<\/li><li>8:00 \u2013 We start running<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Details for after the run<\/strong><ul><li>We are scheduled to arrive at the Civic Center at 3:30.&nbsp; Once we have crossed the finish line, we will need to walk over and get all our things off the busses.&nbsp;<\/li><li>We need to be lined up next to our \u201cEureka\u201d Flag along Monroe Street by 4:30 wearing our matching run shirts.<ul><li>Showers are available at the RiverPlex and there will be a shower shuttle until 7pm.&nbsp; (Shuttle picks up at corner of Madison &amp; Fulton)<\/li><li>If you decide not to use the showers, we will have our drink trailer set up after the run as a women\u2019s changing room in the parking lot.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Once we get inside the Civic Center, please stay together as a group and we will go over to the photo stage area for a group photo.<\/li><li>After the photo you are free to enjoy the evening!!&nbsp;<ul><li>Pasta party<\/li><li>Beer garden<\/li><li>St. Jude Store&nbsp; (Cashless. I like to towel off and put on a fresh shirt at lunch or if I take a break during the day. If it rains and your shoes get wet, a fresh, dry pair of running shoes may save you from some extra blisters. Speaking of blisters, I recommend bringing an anti-chaffing product such as Body Glide or 2Toms Sport Shield.
